Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Tinswin ("we", "us", or "BondFlow") governing your use of the BondFlow app and related services. By creating an account or using BondFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The service

BondFlow is a global penpal app that provides daily penpal recommendations and letter-style messaging. Features may include profile-based recommendations, penpal relationship controls, AI-assisted topic or reply suggestions, content moderation, reporting, blocking, and subscription benefits. Availability may vary by platform, region, account status, and app version.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use BondFlow. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If local law requires a higher minimum age, that higher age applies.

3. Your account

You sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your account.

You may request account deletion in the app. Access is disabled when the request is accepted and a 30-day recovery period begins. Deleting your BondFlow account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; subscriptions must be managed separately with the applicable store.

4. Community guidelines

You agree not to:

  • Send harassment, threats, hate speech, or sexually explicit content
  • Impersonate another person or provide false identity information
  • Solicit money, goods, or services from other users
  • Attempt to discover another user's real identity
  • Use the app for any illegal purpose
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app

Violation of these guidelines may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

Uploaded images may be screened automatically and, where needed, reviewed by authorized personnel. Images awaiting review are not made available to other users. We may approve, reject, restrict, or remove content based on automated review, human review, user reports, and applicable law.

5. Subscriptions & payments

Available subscription plans, prices, billing periods, and trial eligibility are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by platform, region, and account. Payments are processed by the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the applicable store before renewal. Refund requests are handled by the store under its policies.

6. Intellectual property

The BondFlow app, its design, features, and non-user content are owned by Tinswin. You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, store, transmit, display, process, and moderate that content only as needed to operate, protect, and improve the service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

BondFlow is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service or compatible recommendations. Users are responsible for the content they submit, while we may filter, review, restrict, or remove content and accounts to protect users, respond to reports, and enforce our rules.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tinswin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of BondFlow.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
